About Kitsu Koi

At Kitsu Koi we pride ourselves on our honest approach to everything related to keeping koi. Whether you require help and advice in building a new pond, treating koi illnesses or just simply want to purchase a new koi, we will have time to attend to your needs.

Established in 2005, we have continued to expand from our ‘trial business’ to what we have now. We have two separate buildings to supply high class koi and pond products. Our stocked ranges include Evolution Aqua, Kusuri, Oase, NT Labs, Hikari and many more products to enhance your hobby.

In October 2006 we made our first trip to Japan to buy koi from the breeders of Niigata, the home of Nishikigoi. This was an eye opener of a trip. Our later trips included taking hobbyists and a few smaller dealers. We now travel independently, with out a guide to ensure we can buy directly with any breeder we choose. Numerous koi bought on our buying trips have won awards at koi shows, including Baby Champions, Adult Champions and many 1st, 2nd and 3rd in varieties.

Including our original main pond of 3000 gallons and 500 gallon hospital pond, we have over 20000 gallons of heated, professionally filtered water to ensure we keep our koi looking their best.

We have always been involved in the building of koi ponds and take great care to ensure they are designed and built professionally and responsibly. It is our best interests to ensure your pond performs so you can enjoy your hobby. We undertake pond builds between 1000 gallons and 100,000 gallons should you wish!
