Koi Pond Heating: Elecro Electric Pond Heaters
Elecro heaters are high quality electric in-line koi pond heaters.
Units up to 3kw can be operated on a good quality 13amp plug, making an easy job for the hobbyists to fit. They have 1 1/2 inch female threaded fittings. Using pressure pipe, you will need these fittings (1st item on this page).
For koi ponds, we recommend using 1kw per 1000 gallons. Using a timer model offers the opportunity to utilise economy7 electricity tariffs.
It is not advisable to use salt in ponds when using Stainless Steel models - please call to order the Titanium model.
